Don't worry, it's still punctual this time.
Don’t worry

“Uthares, your job.” Arche calmly said, and hit a red button, where a small barrel emerged from the roof of the car and a soft clicking sound from the left side of the car.
“Roger that.” Uthares seems to be in a serious mood right now, as he concentrated on the barrel, and a trigger on the side of the door, acting to launch bullets from a propelled flying gun over the top of the car. Uthares targeted he Voids that were pulling forward, and shot them down.
Meanwhile, Arche was driving the car like a madman, accelerating at an unbelievable pace, yet the engine was not too loud, only producing a steady hum, barely noticeable with the jazz music playing from a local station, and the impending explosions of the Voids.
The two girls were continuously taking nervous glances at the back of the car while the two guys concentrated on the more practical business of trying to get rid of the Voids. “Um… can we really shake them?” Catherine’s voice quavered.
“Nope. Not a chance.” Arche said confidently. He was even smiling. All three of them were puzzled. Even Uthares, who was fixated on the sniping of flying Voids, stopped and turned to look at him. “What?” Uthares asked, and the same question was written over the girls’ faces. “We kill them all.” he announced.
Arche pulled to a violent stop in the middle of the road, turning ninety degrees before the car skidded to a car. “Jump ship, and form a half-circle around Catherine. I’m taking the dead front.”
The assembly process took ten seconds in grand total. Arche grinned as he faced down the impending flying horde. Uthares pulled out the bow-crossbow hybrid again, and started polishing it. Celine rubbed her hands, sparks flicking from the rubbing. Catherine was the only one, standing close to the car, doing nothing. Looking at the trio, waiting for them.
“Just watch us. Just look at how we fight.” Arche grinned at Catherine, who seemed a bit afraid of the impending skirmish.
“Hey Allen!” Catherine said, blushing. “Yes, Cat? And by the way, I’m now Arche.” Arche replied, shifting his gloves. “Don’t die,” she said.
“Well, I came back right?” Arche said. “This time… this time I’ll not die. I’d learnt to protect you in the last four years. Don’t worry!”
